Your customer service is outstanding! I supervise a customer service team in a call center and understand how important this is in today’s world. It’s also a topic that I am interested in as I did my thesis on customer satisfaction as part of graduate school. One specific example is that I called in this past summer and spoke to one of the younger gals (I would probably recognize her name if I heard it) that works at the checkout counter. I was then in the store a week or so later to make a purchase and when I gave her my name for the rewards program, she remembered speaking to me on the phone. There’s not too many businesses that I can say that about.
