Position: Seasonal General Labor

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Support a great customer experience by assisting customers with purchases.
  • Always act in a respectful manner towards customers, managers, and peers.
  • Maintain and care for plant material, including watering and pruning.
  • Assist with greenhouse production of annuals and perennials.
  • Unload trucks and manage inventory.
  • Perform various duties involved in the operation of a retail garden center.
  • Complete required training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push plant carts.
  • Flexible availability for days, nights, and weekends.
  • Comfortable working in all types of weather conditions.
  • Professional and respectful demeanor.
  • Hardworking with a high degree of task accuracy.
  • Horticultural knowledge is preferred.
  • Skid steer operation experience is a plus.
