Walk and talk with Johanna, our Perennial Manager and Landscape Designer, and get tips and tricks on creating constant color in your garden with perennial plants. She’ll also show perennial varieties for pollinators, and unique and often overlooked varieties that are great garden additions!

Perennial plants are those that survive over winter in certain growing zones. Mankato area gardening zone is Zone 4b. If planting in a different location, especially further North, make sure that the plants labeled “perennial” are hardy for the zone you are planting in. https://planthardiness.ars.usda.gov/

The walk and talk will be outdoors in our perennial plant section.
Registration is required. A $10 coupon will be given to all registrants the day of the event.

The event will be cancelled if there is inclement weather and refunds will be given.
We have extra umbrellas if there is light rain and the perennial section is under shade cloth.
