I want to tell you about the onion plants that I purchased from you this last spring. You also gave me a bunch at n/c after I mentioned that I had problems with that variety when I purchased them the year before. I should tell you about my 2014 growing experience. This year’s crop was the best one yet. I’m almost sure all of the plants grew. All of the varieties produced very well. … After all sales there are still plenty of large sweet- tasting and long storing onions of each variety remaining for me to use and enjoy this winter. I know that I will be buying my plants for 2015 at your store.

We had a GREAT time on Saturday (at the Potting Party Make & Take class) and….you were right…the March weather didn’t seem to bother too many people. Walking into the greenhouse and smelling the fresh soil and all of the plants put a smile on our faces. Carrie was wonderful – very knowledgeable funny, and it is obvious she simply loves what she does. The entire Drummers staff was fabulous, too. We commented on how everyone works so well as a team to assist customer and guests. They anticipate questions and needs so well. Overall, were really enjoyed our experience again this year. Your customer service is outstanding! I supervise a customer service team in a call center and understand how important this is in today’s world. It’s also a topic that I am interested in as I did my thesis on customer satisfaction as part of graduate school. One specific example is that I called in this past summer and spoke to one of the younger gals (I would probably recognize her name if I heard it) that works at the checkout counter. I was then in the store a week or so later to make a purchase and when I gave her my name for the rewards program, she remembered speaking to me on the phone. There’s not too many businesses that I can say that about.

I had Drummer's florist Kari make my wedding bouquet and corsages/boutineers, and they turned out perfectly! We were using hops vines in our decor and I wanted them incorporated in my bouquet and corsages. It was a little unique so I had brought photos, and Kari put together the most beautiful bouquet even better than the photos! The customer service is excellent, making sure you get exactly what you want, I had changed my mind a few times about what I wanted, how many corsages i wanted, etc and they were super helpful, and accommodating! If you have an idea and your not sure it's possible, to hesitate to reach out to Drummer's, I'm so appreciative for their help with my wedding day!
