Are you a seasoned gardener with a green thumb and a passion for helping others create their own botanical havens? Drummers Garden Center & Floral is excited to welcome experienced gardeners to join our seasonal team in the retail greenhouse.
Position: Seasonal Gardener
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Support an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with their plant purchases.
- Maintain a respectful and positive demeanor towards customers, managers, and peers.
- Care for plant material through cleaning, pruning, and attentive upkeep.
- Efficiently restock and arrange plants, ensuring a visually appealing retail environment.
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of plants and horticulture.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 15 – 30 per week
