Produces large spears. High and consistent yields. These predominately male plants put all their energy into producing beautiful, 7-9″ spears, rather than berries and seeds. The spears are bright green with purple tips. Resistant to rust, fusarium, root and crown rot.

Purple Passion:
Tender spears with a beautiful deep burgundy color that turn green when cooked. More tender, mild, and sweet than standard varieties. Has 20% more sugar! Vigorous and productive. Some resistance to rust, root and crown rots, and fusarium.
