Spring is in sight and it’s time to plant!

GET HANDS-ON AND PLANT

This hands-on event in the warmth of our greenhouse allows you to design and plant your own charming annual containers so that your containers are overflowing with flowers right when the temps warm up!

LEARNING SESSIONS

During the learning sessions, we cover plant varieties and design ideas so that even new gardeners can jump in feeling more confident. Afterwards, experts will give proper care instructions to keep your containers looking great all summer long! As an added bonus, we have two special plant experts visiting us on March 11th and March 18th to talk about their experiences with specific plants and new plants for 2023.

DROP-IN PLANTING

If you have been to one of our learning sessions before and would like to skip it this year, see our drop in times below. Staff will be on hand to help if you do have questions during the drop-in times as well as helpful “recipe” cards with lovely plant combinations.

COST

The planting containers and cocoa lined hanging baskets available are ranging from $49.99 to $84.99

Payment for containers will be due at the end of class after you’ve planted your containers. If you want to bring your own containers the price will be dependent on the size.

Special Guest Dates:

Sat. March 11th, 10am-12pm. Carrie Larson from McHutchison Horticultural Distribution will talk about her experiences with specific plants and the plants we are offering for planting. This includes planting time.

Sat. March 18th, 10am-12pm.  Kevin from Ball Horticultural Company will show us their new annuals for 2023 and discuss their performance as well as his experience with specific plants. This includes planting time.
