Harvest Potatoes
Work on getting the rest of your potatoes out of the garden now so they don’t rot in cool, moist soil.
Today has been a great day to dig in the garden and find oodles of potatoes. Here’s Bill McCubby of Mankato’s #1 For Today’s Country 103.5 with over 30# of spuds he grew here this summer. He’s planning on a big food shelf donation with these babies. Thanks Bill!
These last baby reds cling to their roots.
Bill also harvested some nice butternut squash today.
